Size & fit promise

Getting the fit right matters as much as the embroidery. Here is our promise.

Standard sizes

Our size chart shows UK and US sizes with body measurements. Most stitched outfits include about 1 inch of seam allowance on each side, so a local tailor can let them out if needed.

Custom measurements

Our illustrated guide shows how to measure, or you can book a free video fitting and we'll measure with you. Our team checks every set of measurements before cutting. If anything looks unusual, we contact you first.

Our promise

• If it doesn't fit because of our mistake – for example we didn't follow your measurements – we alter or remake it free of charge and pay the shipping both ways.
• If the measurements sent to us were wrong, we'll still help: we offer alterations at cost, and you pay the shipping.

How to ask for an alteration

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the fit, and we'll tell you what we can do.
