Our karigars hand-embroider and stitch your outfit. We check every measurement before cutting.

Approve before it ships
We send photos of your finished outfit. It ships only after you approve.

Delivery
How long will my outfit take?
Made-to-order standard sizes usually arrive in 4–6 weeks, custom measurements in 5–7 weeks, and ready-to-ship or unstitched items within about a week. Each product page shows its own estimate.
Orders
Will I see my outfit before it ships?
Yes. We send photos of your finished outfit for your approval. You can approve them or ask for a change from your order page.
Sizing
How do custom measurements work?
Enter your measurements on the product page (in inches or centimetres). We check every set before cutting and contact you if anything looks unusual. You can save them to your account for next time.
Can I change the colour, sleeves or neckline?
Yes. Choose the sleeves and neckline on the product page, or book a video fitting to discuss bigger changes.
