Shipping & duties

Where we ship

  • Pakistan: delivered by our local courier, usually within 2–4 working days of dispatch.
  • United Kingdom and United States: DHL Express, usually 3–7 working days after dispatch.
  • Bangladesh and the rest of the world: DHL Express, usually 4–10 working days after dispatch.

Every parcel is tracked. We email you the tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost for your country is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer for your region is shown there too.

Duties and taxes

  • UK and US: duties and taxes are included in the price (delivered duty paid). There is nothing more to pay at the door.
  • Pakistan: no import duties apply.
  • Bangladesh and other countries: your local customs office may charge import duties and taxes on delivery. These are set by your government, aren't included in our prices and are paid by you.

How long it takes

  • Made to order (standard sizes): usually 4–6 weeks before dispatch.
  • Custom measurements: usually 5–8 weeks before dispatch, including the photo approval step.
  • Ready to ship and unstitched fabric: dispatched within 2–5 working days.

Each product page shows its own estimate, and checkout shows the expected delivery dates. Studio closures, for example over Eid, can add a few days – our delivery dates already allow for them.

Event deadlines

Tell us your event date at checkout. If it's tight, message us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Lost or damaged parcels

Your parcel is our responsibility until it is delivered. If it is lost or arrives damaged, contact us straight away and we'll replace or refund it.

Customs and delivery problems

If customs holds your parcel, we'll help with any paperwork. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, as couriers may call before delivering. If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, not collected or the address was wrong, we'll arrange to send it again at your cost, or refund the order minus the shipping and any return charges. Custom-made items can't be refunded in this case.
